I bring over 25 years of extensive experience in Audit and Advisory, culminating in my former role as the head
of Deal Advisory practice at KPMG MESA. In this capacity, I oversee M&A, Transaction Services (TS) and finally
Corporate Finance (CF).
I have a broad expertise spanning multiple countries in the Middle East and South Asia (MESA) region,
including Egypt, KSA, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar. Additionally, I have extensive experience with capital
markets, including the London Stock Exchange (LSE) with Premium listing, standard listing, and Global
Depositary Receipts (GDRs), the Alternative Investment Market (AIM), NASDAQ Dubai, and the Egyptian Stock
Exchange (EGX).
