- The user has completed less than 20% of the course content.

2.3 Accidental Purchases
- Definition: Unintentional purchase of a course or service.
- Conditions:
- The refund request is made within 48 hours of purchase.
- The course content has not been accessed or downloaded.
2.4 Misleading or Inaccurate Product Descriptions
- Definition: The course description significantly differs from the actual content provided.

- The discrepancy is clearly demonstrated by the user.
